Acting with information technology since 1999 (yes, I worked on the millennium bug!) and enthusiast of agile methods since 2008. During these years I've had the pleasure of working on projects for big companies like Natura, TNT, Embraer, Motorola, PayPal, Bradesco, Ambev, Grupo Pão de Açúcar, Souza Cruz, Votorantim, Telefônica, Renner, Grendene, etc.
Over the years, I worked in several roles within companies and projects: Trainee, Developer, Systems analyst/business, Software architect, Technical lead, ScrumMaster, Coordinator, Project manager, etc.
In 2005 I became entrepreneur (for the 3rd time), creating the Forehead Information Systems, company providing services of consulting, training and coaching in projects. Since then I've acted in partnership with companies like Meta, CWI, AG2, Alfamidia, Meta, Senac, Apisul Group, etc.
Currently I'm project manager at Thoughtworks, a software company and a community of passionate, seeking to revolutionize the IT industry and create positive social change.
